Background

Everyone has been a victim of appalling service, be it a delivery, customer care or the quality of the service itself. In many cases, after having spent many hours on the phone trying to get some kind of compensation, to no avail, everything you can do about it is to tell someone about your experience so that they won't have to go through the same pain you did.

Implications

Many would welcome a forum where they would be able to share their most atrocious experiences as customers.

Potential users

Any customer who is contemplating a purchase would benefit from the forum as he or she would be able to explore a particular company's records on mistreating its customers. On the other hand, the forum would provide angry customers with a place to let off some steam.
